Job Title: Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking

Locations: Lagos Mainland, Ikeja, Iyana Isolo, Marina, Motorways Building, Toll Gate, Lagos Road Ikorodu, & Yaba – Lagos, Ilaro Road, Agbara, Abeokuta Expressway, Ota – Ogun


Originate high-quality assets and implement effective portfolio monitoring to detect defaults at an early stage.
Collaborate closely with the Business Manager to execute team functions and activities.
Drive deposit mobilization and trade transactions.
Deliver top-notch customer service within the industry.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients by offering professional and specialized financial solutions.
Assist in Transaction Memos, providing necessary background and financial information support.
Support credit structuring aligned with business potentials.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
Acquire new accounts and revitalize dormant relationships.
Market the bank’s products to meet customer needs.
Initiate the development of products tailored to meet customer requirements.

Minimum Education: First Degree or equivalent in any discipline, preferably business-related.
Higher Degrees and relevant Professional Certificates will be advantageous.
Minimum experience: 3 years of relevant banking (marketing and credit) experience.
