  1. Ensure the booking of quality assets and implement effective portfolio monitoring for early default detection.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Business Manager to execute the team’s functions and activities.
  3. Drive the deposit mobilization and trade transaction initiatives.
  4. Provide superior customer service in the industry.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients by offering professional and specialized financial solutions.
  6. Assist in Transaction Memos, providing necessary relationship background and financial information support.
  7. Offer support in structuring credits aligned with business potentials.
  8. Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  9. Acquire new accounts and revitalize dormant relationships.
  10. Market the bank’s products to meet customer needs.
  11. Initiate the development of products tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline, preferably business-related.
  • Higher Degrees and relevant Professional Certificates are advantageous.
  • Minimum experience: 3 years of relevant banking (marketing and credit) experience.
