Job Description:

As a Financial Advisor at Heirs Life, you’ll play a vital role in our team. We seek intelligent and proactive individuals capable of effectively presenting and selling our diverse range of products, such as life insurance, tailored investment options, protection products, and endowment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate potential and existing clients about insurance policies and products.
• Help clients choose the appropriate coverage based on their unique needs.
• Introduce and promote our pension options to retirees from both private and government organizations.
• Actively approach multinational companies to advocate for our investment-linked products and pure protection plans.
• Ensure prompt payment of premiums by clients, fostering strong relationships to drive consistent sales.
• Advocate the advantages of life insurance to potential customers in various organisations within Lagos state.
• Display a risk-taking attitude with a teachable and resilient spirit, showcasing exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Demonstrate robust communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure with minimal supervision in a team setting.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND from a reputable university in Nigeria.
• Experience is not mandatory; qualified candidates will receive professional sales and marketing training.
