Role Purpose
As an Advisor in Learning and Talent Management, you will play a key role in fostering employee growth, engagement, and career development. This position involves creating and managing learning strategies, talent assessments, and career planning initiatives to support individual and organizational performance. You will also serve as a strategic partner, advising on talent development and career management best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning and Development:
- Design and implement learning strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and address them effectively.
- Develop and deliver diverse learning materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, and seminars.
- Monitor the success of training programs through evaluations and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Generate detailed reports on learning activities, employee progress, and training effectiveness.
- Talent and Career Management:
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development discussions.
- Provide reports on career management and succession readiness, using statistical data for analysis.
- Manage employee career development plans and ensure accurate record-keeping in the career management database.
- Support MoMo’s Leadership Talent Management initiatives and other employee development programs.
- Organize and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, progress reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Employee Engagement and Performance Improvement:
- Offer guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and career development.
- Analyze performance data to identify patterns and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement templates and tools for performance monitoring and improvement.
- Address barriers to productivity and suggest tailored interventions for improvement.
- Technology and Tools Utilization:
- Promote the use of e-learning platforms as part of the company’s 70:20:10 learning philosophy.
- Leverage learning management systems and talent management software to optimize talent initiatives.
- Facilitate employee personality and strengths assessments to support career growth.
- Compliance and Communication:
- Ensure new employees are informed of their job descriptions and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track employee movements and updates in the career management system.
- Educate staff on career management policies and options through campaigns and direct engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
Experience:
- 3–7 years of professional experience in learning and talent management roles.
- Background in Financial Services, Fintech, consulting, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies, talent assessment tools, and performance management techniques.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics for informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), talent management software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and initiatives.
- Relevant certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or PHRI are an added advantage.
