We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to become an integral part of our dynamic and growing team. This is a full-time, remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a vital part in delivering exceptional support experiences to users of our two mobile applications.
💫 What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll be supporting two of our flagship mobile applications: Pillow, a popular sleep tracking app, and Today (https://neybox.com/today), a daily habit and wellness tracker. Both apps are well-established in the health and fitness domain and serve millions of users globally. Your primary mission will be to assist our users across various communication channels—email, social media, and our customer support platform—helping them resolve issues, better understand app functionality, and make the most of their experience.
🤹 Key Responsibilities
As a front-line representative, your tasks will include:
- Promptly responding to customer inquiries and technical support requests.
- Managing and maintaining a comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge base to assist users with common issues.
- Collaborating with our internal team to escalate and resolve complex or technical problems.
- Monitoring and responding to user feedback on platforms such as App Store Connect.
- Engaging with customers who reach out via social media, ensuring they receive timely and professional assistance.

💼 Requirements
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical understanding and empathy to the role. Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A strong command of MacOS and iOS platforms.
- Experience with customer support tools (e.g., Help Scout, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.).
- Solid copywriting abilities for both internal and external communication.
- The ability to provide professional references from previous employers, if requested.

- An academic or practical background in software development or computer science.
- Technical aptitude to understand app functionality and troubleshoot effectively.
