What the Graduate Programme Offers You
The MTN Global Graduate Development Programme is designed to identify, develop, and fast-track high-potential graduates across MTN’s network in Africa and the Middle East. This program offers a unique experience that places talented individuals in impactful roles within MTN.

The programme combines formal training through the MTN Academy and hands-on learning with full-time employment in strategic roles. The structured training includes courses at MTN’s regional learning hubs in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa, featuring blended learning through immersive experiences, digital channels, and social media connections.

On-the-job development takes place locally within MTN operating companies, with job rotations to build diverse skill sets. Graduates will gain practical experience, engage with executive committees, and benefit from mentoring and coaching.

Eligibility Requirements
Minimum qualification: Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit, completed no earlier than 2022.
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in September 2024 with a valid certificate.
Proficiency in English.
Valid international passport.
