About the Role

Location: Remote
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist with a minimum of three years of experience in designing competency-based programs tailored to core technology teams. This position involves crafting meaningful learning opportunities for our tech professionals—spanning engineers, product managers, data specialists, and cloud experts—while monitoring their progress and assessing the impact of these initiatives on individual performance and company objectives.

Your Responsibilities

Develop customized learning programs for tech teams to enhance skills and competencies aligned with project needs.
Monitor team members’ development and track progress over time.
Assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives on individual performance and organizational outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team leads to ensure learning programs align with the company’s technological priorities.
What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of technological trends and the specific learning requirements of tech professionals.
Expertise in identifying knowledge and skill gaps to design impactful learning initiatives.
Proven experience in engaging tech teams in continuous learning and development.
Proficiency in virtual tools for delivering effective programs to remote teams.
Competence in data analysis and familiarity with LMS tracking and reporting.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and over three years of experience in creating capability-based programs for tech teams.
