About the Role
As the Head of Group Accounts Payable and Finance Operations, you will oversee global accounts payable (AP) and finance operations with a focus on shared services. Your responsibilities will include managing AP processes worldwide, centralizing and consolidating shared costs at the holding company level, and ensuring efficient and compliant cost allocation across all entities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global accounts payable function, managing end-to-end payment processing, vendor relations, and compliance for shared costs.
- Develop and enforce policies for shared cost allocation across entities, ensuring accurate consolidation at the holding company level.
- Oversee intercompany transactions and global cost allocations.
- Enhance AP workflows through automation, optimizing multi-currency operations.
- Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A teams to support accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of shared global expenses.
- Manage relationships with global vendors and service providers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance adherence.
- Establish and maintain accounting policies for tracking and reporting shared global costs, working closely with regional teams.
