Job Title: Senior Manager – Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
We are in search of a Senior Manager for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to join our dynamic team within the Africa Operating Unit. This role will primarily focus on Nigeria and report to the RGM Director for the franchise. We seek a candidate with strong analytical skills, a robust foundation in the beverages or FMCG sector, and at least 8 years of experience in various RGM and commercial disciplines, including product portfolio strategy, pricing, and translating strategy into action. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading significant strategic projects, effectively navigating between strategy design and tactical execution with solid project management expertise. Opportunities for future career growth include advancing in RGM market leadership, transitioning to franchise leadership, or exploring other functional areas within the business, such as commercial, strategy, finance, and category leadership.
Develop RGM strategies for assigned markets in collaboration with franchise leaders to drive portfolio growth.
Analyze market trends to inform RGM strategies, including consumer, competitor, industry, and macroeconomic trends.
Lead strategic RGM projects, gaining support from company and bottler teams.
Oversee RGM governance routines to ensure the delivery of key RGM initiatives and connect with relevant expertise within the Operating Unit.
Champion the enhancement of RGM capabilities within the franchise system, overseeing the deployment of capability programs and tool rollout.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Additional analytical, financial, or commercial qualifications are advantageous.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Over 8 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in FMCG or related sectors, including RGM, Commercial planning, and commercial execution.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate critical insights clearly and persuasively.
