Job Description

The Senior Consultant -Microsoft Solutions will be responsible for the following:

*Innovation and development of Microsoft-based solutions portfolio, aligned to forefront industry sector and customer needs to render new revenue streams, closely working with KAM and B2B Nigeria-based account and sales team and across MTN OpCo’s.

*Qualified applicant will carry out a Microsoft market research to understand the needs and demands of microsoft across topmost industries and clients.

*Qualified applicant will use the needs of targeted topmost clients as the catalyst to speed up innovative solutions and partnering with the client in areas where possible.

*Qualified applicant will be tasked with the responsibility of developing microsoft solutions which includes Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot and other essential offerings as they become readily available sales channel to increase the market shares of market in the offering areas.

*Applicant will carry out the management of internal and external customer relationships.

*Applicant will enforce the promotion, evangelism and drive of the establishment of MTN value proposition with regards to Microsoft Solutions Offering to senior and prospective client stakeholders for existing and prospective (new logo) clients.

*Applicant will also ensure the provision of ability to initiate and nurture trusted relationships with senior IT/Business leaders by demonstrating a profound understanding of key business challenges within customer markets and the technical-know-how to how company technology-enabled business procured solutions can address the present needs.

*Applicant should possess the ability to compel visions using creative sales/solution strategies that further increase the uniqueness of our brand before customers.

*Applicant will provide leadership and strategic guidance with pursuit teams during the process of solution development to ensure alignment with overall company sales and client business strategy.

*Applicant will ensure that the elements of the technical solutions are not photocopied or duplicated within the areas of multiple service delivery as well as cost models.

*Applicants will also provide an oversight in the sale and delivery of the technical solution strategy and vision to senior client executives.

Educational Requirements

*Applicant must be able to speak the language of the country with a reasonable degree of fluency in the English Language.

*Applicant must have a minimum of four years tertiary qualification as well as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Maths or any other related field or its equivalent

*Applicant must possess an MBA. The possession of Master’s Degree is an added advantage.

*Certification as a Microsoft expert is highly welcomed: MS 102

Experience:
*Spirit of Salesmanship: Applicant must exhibit an outstanding operational excellence and delivery which includes forecasting that will be done either monthly or quarterly, building a healthy pipeline, CRM hygiene and entry, management of opportunity and the orchestration of virtual team.

*Applicant must possess a more than seven years experience in enterprise sales.

*Hunter: an experience driving new sales and customers with the use of Innovative approaches that are leveraged on joint partnership events, social selling on (LinkedIn), and networking.

*Technical breadth: Applicant will carry out a customer-level experience enterprise using clouds, hybrid infrastructures, productivity and security technologies that are industry standard and recommended.

*Overachiever: Applicant should endeavour to exceed sales goals in an assigned sales territory

*Leader: Applicant must have a track record of demonstrated sales and partner management experience with executive communications, engagement and influence.

*Proficiency: Applicant should have an experience with complex sales training such as Miller Hyman, Spin, Michael Bosworth, Holden and others as well as methodologies and intricacies of sales

*Challenger mindset: Applicant must be willing to compete favorably to win new market shares.

*Influential: Applicant must have a spectacular experience in delivering persuasive presentations to business decision-makers and board of directors.
