The Women@Dior & UNESCO initiative offers a unique platform for young women to be mentored by experienced professionals from Dior. Participants join a supportive network of like-minded individuals through local events and online forums. Additionally, mentees gain access to an advanced online learning platform featuring courses led by esteemed professors and inspiring guest speakers.
After completing the educational modules, participants embark on the #DreamForChange project, designed to uplift young girls in their local communities. Since its launch in 2017, the program has empowered over 2,000 women from fields such as business, engineering, arts, social sciences, hospitality, communication, and public policy. With participants representing more than 60 countries and nearly 90 nationalities, the program addresses critical themes like gender equality and women’s leadership, guiding mentees toward building sustainable and inclusive futures.
