In celebration of its 25th anniversary, MTN Cameroon has partnered with the National Employment Fund (FNE) to introduce a prestigious two-year internship program tailored for 25 young graduates from across Cameroon. This initiative is part of MTN’s broader mission to support youth empowerment and to contribute to the development of the nation’s digital and telecommunications sectors by fostering fresh talent.
Who Can Apply?
To be considered for this program, applicants must be registered with the National Employment Fund (FNE) and hold academic qualifications in the following areas:
1. Service Activation
- BTS/DUT in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or Software Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
- Additional certification in telecommunications or provisioning will be considered an asset
2. Compliance, Quality & Controls
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
- Candidates with relevant technical certifications are also encouraged to apply
3. Service Assurance
- At least a Bac+3 (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar disciplines
4. Digital Services
- A Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, IT, Marketing, or Communication
