Job Description of the Trade Marketing Representative

*Brand Building: the Trade Marketing Representative will build interest-stimulating and spectacular brands that will satisfy the needs of consumers and customers in an environment that is vigorously competitive.
*Business/Brand Management: The Trade Marketing Representative will manage the tobacco business for a collection of accounts in a geographical area by implementing corporate plans,
negotiating strategies and meeting business objectives.
*Retailers’ Partnership: the Trade Marketing Representative will join the team and act as a strategic partner to retailers by providing business-related advice, product-based knowledge, pricing and a variety of other areas of interest as put forward by the retailers.
*Skill Honing: The Trade Marketing Representative is expected to hone his skills and showcase his level of business acumen as the organization and role attest to quite a number of challenges backed up by the needed support and opportunity from the company.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Trade Marketing Representative
*Market Sphere Relationship: As the Trade Marketing Representative, you own the performances across your territory and also expected to maintain a healthy and strong retailer relationships.
*Retailers’ Contract Monitor: Your responsibility also includes planning of visits to the retailers, cultivation of a healthy and working business relationship with the retailers, analysis of questions, matters arising, issues and concerns that stem from the retailers as well as the monitoring of contract compliance.
*Implementation of Regional Activities: Applicant will be required to carry out an implementation of cycles and regional activities with the aim of achieving national, regional and local- level goals.
*Meeting of Market Demands: Applicant must ensure that Market Demands are timely and thoroughly met for the company’s products through the maintenance of inventory levels and meeting of brand distribution targets.
*The Trade Marketing Representative will work collaboratively with a team of trade marketing account representatives on special projects.
*Academic Qualifications and Requirements
