Introducing the Revolving Fund Programme: Empowering Nano and Micro Enterprises

FATE Foundation, in collaboration with Youth Business International (YBI) and Standard Chartered Foundation, is thrilled to launch the Revolving Fund Programme, a three-year initiative designed to support 300 nano and micro businesses. This initiative is part of the Futuremakers Global Youth Economic Empowerment Programme, which aims to uplift young entrepreneurs worldwide.

We invite you to be part of this transformative journey through a structured three-phase program that provides financial literacy training and access to low-interest loans.

Programme Structure

🔹 Phase 1 – WhatsApp LMS Course
A bite-sized financial literacy course delivered via WhatsApp, offering essential financial management skills to help you prepare for loan opportunities.

🔹 Phase 2 – Hybrid Training Programme
Participants who successfully complete the WhatsApp LMS course and meet the selection criteria will proceed to a four-week hybrid training. This phase deepens knowledge in business planning and financial management—key skills for sustainable business growth.

🔹 Phase 3 – Revolving Fund Loans
Qualified entrepreneurs from the hybrid training will be eligible for low-interest loans (2%-5%) with a six-month moratorium period, enabling them to expand their businesses.

The Revolving Fund Programme is designed to bridge financial gaps for small businesses by providing access to affordable funding and comprehensive financial education. This initiative ensures that entrepreneurs receive both the capital and financial management expertise needed to grow and sustain their businesses successfully.

Loan Eligibility Criteria

90% attendance and active participation in training
CAC-registered business
✔ Business must be viable and profit-making for at least three years
✔ Submission of a sustainable business growth plan

  • Young entrepreneurs aged 18 – 35 years
  • Residents of Oyo State seeking financial empowerment
