In the role of Product Sales Officer for Fintech and Aggregators, our team will lead the development and management of advanced technology to create innovative products, enabling businesses to thrive in the digital economy

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features on the product roadmap.
Continuously evaluate market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine the product strategy.
Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitive offerings.
Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market insights and business objectives.
Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Oversee the product lifecycle, updating offerings based on customer feedback and market insights.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for effective launch execution and achieving sales targets.
Monitor launch performance, gather feedback, and optimize future product launches.
Analyze competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory developments.
Benchmark competition and enhance service standards.
Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams for necessary measures, licenses, and approvals.
Gather customer feedback, conduct user testing, and identify areas of improvement.
Continuously monitor customer feedback and behavior to improve the remittance process.
Work with UX/UI teams to optimize the customer journey for an exceptional experience.
Facilitate training and hands-on support for regions/branches to enhance efficiency.

Champion a customer-centric approach in product development.
Use data analytics for data-driven decisions and optimize product features and marketing efforts.
Improve existing processes to enhance service delivery efficiency.
Communicate product updates, performance metrics, and development roadmaps to internal stakeholders.
Monitor and engage the entire bank network to drive the Group’s products.
Collaborate with the marketing team for effective go-to-market strategies and support.
Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the financial sector.
