Product Sales Officer (IGR & Govt Collections)

In my role as a Product Sales Officer for IGR & State Collections Business, our team is dedicated to devising inventive solutions for government agencies, with a commitment to delivering state-of-the-art products that streamline and enhance data collection processes, emphasizing efficiency, accuracy, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a product strategy for government collection solutions, aligning with the specific needs of government agencies.
Stay abreast of government regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices to inform product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales) to improve government collection products.
Coordinate with marketing and sales for effective launch plans and achieving sales targets.
Monitor launch performance, gather feedback, and optimize future product launches.
Cultivate strong relationships with government agencies, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Conduct regular meetings with government stakeholders for feedback and to ensure product alignment with government objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government clients.
Ensure government collection products comply with relevant regulations and security standards.
Collaborate with compliance and security teams to implement necessary measures and certifications.
Stay informed about emerging security threats and address potential vulnerabilities proactively.
Provide training and support for regions/branches to enhance efficiency.
Promote a customer-centric approach in product development, striving for continuous improvement in the user experience.
Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape for government collection products.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies for product differentiation and improvement.
Utilize data analytics for data-driven decisions, optimizing product features and marketing efforts.
Improve existing processes to enhance service delivery efficiency.
Communicate product updates, performance metrics, and development roadmaps to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
Engage the entire bank network to drive the Group’s products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
Provide product expertise and support to the marketing team for compelling product messaging and materials.
Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
A master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial sector.
