Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new FMCG products, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, marketing, and supply chain.
Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings.
Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market insights and business objectives.
Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, covering pricing, positioning, distribution, and promotional plans.

Stay updated on financial regulations impacting remittance services in Nigeria.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary measures and obtain required licenses.
Facilitate training and support for regions/branches to enhance efficiency.
Champion a customer-centric approach in product development, seeking continuous improvement in user experience.
Gather customer feedback and conduct user testing to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor customer feedback and behavior to identify pain points and enhance the remittance process.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize the customer journey.
Utilize data analytics for data-driven decisions and optimize product features and marketing efforts.
Improve existing processes to enhance service delivery efficiency.
Communicate product updates, performance metrics, and development roadmaps to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
