Customer Relations Officer Job Description
*Customer Supervision: the supervision of all customers on assigned Distribution Transformers (DT) is one of the responsibilities of the Customer Relations Officer.
*Cash Collection Drive: The Customer Relations Officer drive the activities of cash collection with respect to the bill of energy.
*Debt Recovery: the customer relations officer carry out some engagement of debt recovery in the region he operates.
*Metre-Reading Supervision: He or she is required to supervise the activities that pervade the reading of metres. He equally has the responsibility of conducting accurate metre reading of which the data gathered will be tabled at the billing unit for fitting billing.
*Revenue Protection: the customer relations officer will carry out a thorough inspection of metres and accurately diagnose energy theft, illegal connections, bypass and other loopholes if detected.
*Disconnection Report: The customer relations officer will prepare a disconnection report and submit to the appropriate authority.
*Daily Reports: he or she is expected to draft a daily report of supervised customers and submit result of findings to the feeder manager.
Requirements for Eligibility
*A minimum of OND or HND or B.Sc from an accredited institution in any discipline.
