About the Role
The POS Technician will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and support of Point-of-Sale (POS) devices within our network. This includes working with Linux and Android-based terminals, Mpos devices, and kiosks, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the hardware team to oversee the complete repair process.
  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware-related issues.
  • Manage and coordinate the operations of Terminal Repair Centers across the network.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar technical role.
  • Proficient in repairing PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise terminals.
  • Knowledge of agency banking operations is an added advantage.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Must reside in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
