About the Role
The POS Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and support of Point-of-Sale (POS) devices. This role involves handling Linux, Android, Mpos, and Kiosk terminals across our distribution network, ensuring they operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the hardware team to oversee the entire repair process.
  • Provide second-level technical support for hardware-related issues.
  • Manage and coordinate Terminal Repair Centers across the network.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a B.Sc. or HND.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical expertise in repairing PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise terminals.
  • Familiarity with the agency banking sector is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must reside in Lagos State.
