The NPF X handle announced on Friday that the online application portal for prospective candidates will be accessible from October 15 to November 26, 2023, for a duration of six weeks.
Prospective applicants are urged to fill out the online application forms and submit them through www.apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng within this designated timeframe. The portal is inclusive and available for both male and female applicants.
Among the specified online application requirements are Nigerian nationality by birth, possession of the National Identification Number (NIN), and attainment of a minimum of five credits in either one WAEC/NECO sitting or its equivalent, with credits in English and Mathematics.
Applicants must fall within the age range of 18 to 25 years, maintain good physical, mental, and psychological health, and meet specific height criteria (not less than 1.67m for males and 1.64m for females).
Additionally, female applicants should not be pregnant during the application process, and all applicants must possess a valid email address and phone number. Statements of results or certificates for examinations taken prior to 2015 will not be accepted.
Furthermore, it was emphasised that invitations for further screening, including automated physical assessments, will be extended exclusively to individuals who satisfy the stipulated online registration criteria. The dates for the nationwide physical screening exercise will be communicated at a later time
