Nestlé Nigeria Technical Training Program 2025: Application Now Open
Nestlé Nigeria is inviting applications from ambitious, self-motivated, and qualified young Nigerians eager to enhance their technical skills. This intensive 18-month Technical Skills Development Training Program is designed for individuals with strong character and a keen ability to learn. The training will take place at Nestlé’s Technical Training Centers, where participants will gain hands-on experience and industry-relevant expertise.
About the Nestlé Technical Training Program
The Nestlé Technical Training Program is a specialized practical training initiative aimed at equipping young Nigerians with essential technical education. This program, which has been running successfully for nearly three decades, serves as a gateway for individuals seeking to build a solid foundation in engineering and technical fields within the food and beverage industry.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
A. Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a minimum of Lower Credit in a National Diploma (ND) from a Nigerian Polytechnic, obtained no earlier than 2022. The diploma must be in one of the following (or closely related) fields:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electrical Installation & Maintenance Engineering
- Applied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics)
- Industrial Measurement and Control / Instrumentation Mechanics Work
- Automation Engineering
- Mechatronics or other core engineering disciplines
B. O-Level Requirements
Applicants must have at least four (4) O-Level credits or an equivalent qualification, all obtained in one sitting. These credits must include:
- Mathematics
- English Language
- Physics
- One additional science-related subject
