Job Location: Nigeria

Job Description:

Produce analytics reports and dashboards to support MTNN’s business intelligence strategy, including generating requirements for the data and information needs of various departments and teams.
Support the business in utilizing business intelligence and enterprise data assets to make informed decisions.
Job Responsibilities:

Utilize market analysis, customer satisfaction, and internal service costing data to develop value-based pricing strategies for MTNN products and services.
Estimate projects for business analysis and manage IT deliverables’ lifecycle.
Interact with technical resources to make the best use of corporate analytics technology and data tools.
Develop and maintain project plans and coordinate cross-functional activities for timely project completion.
Communicate project status to business managers.
Oversee the development and implementation of reporting and visualization requirements.
Develop geographical and regional information and provide ongoing and ad hoc business reports.
Coach and train the team to ensure they understand department objectives, set targets, and training needs.
Review team members’ performance and complete appraisals.
Job Requirements:

First Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business, or related field.
A Master of Business Administration is highly desirable.
Fluency in English.
6–13 years’ experience, including 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization with supervisory or management experience.
2-3 years in information systems and/or analytics, preferably in business intelligence or data analytics.
Relevant experience as a project manager and/or business process analyst.
Proven experience with big data platforms, analytics, product selection, and proof-of-concept evaluation.
Expert-level in SQL and data warehousing.
Product and marketing management experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of business intelligence and analytics products and best practices.
