In the role of Finance Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in constructing, integrating, and refining our financial systems to support our expanding operations and new market entries.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance NetSuite Capabilities: Customize and optimize NetSuite to meet the demands of our growing business.
- Develop Custom Solutions: Design and continuously improve custom scripts, workflows, and integration processes within the NetSuite environment.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with finance and technology teams to ensure smooth integrations with product and data platforms.
- Dashboard Creation: Build tailored NetSuite dashboards to effectively monitor and manage monthly financial closing processes.
- Streamline Financial Reporting: Support the accounting team by automating and enhancing financial reporting and consolidation workflows.
- Maintain System Integrity: Ensure optimal performance, robust security, and full compliance with regulations across our systems.
- Facilitate Market Expansion: Configure NetSuite to enable rapid market entry, including the integration of new currencies and legal entities.
- Documentation & Support: Produce detailed documentation and provide end-user support to maximize system utilization across finance functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in NetSuite technical development within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in SuiteScript and API integrations.
- Experienced in managing multi-currency setups.
- A strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, preferably within a financial services context.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to deliver results in high-demand, dynamic settings.
