About the Role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in creating capability and competency-based programs tailored for technology-focused teams.

This role involves designing impactful learning experiences for tech professionals—spanning engineering, product, data, and cloud teams—while tracking their growth and assessing the impact of these initiatives on both individual and organizational performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customized learning programs to enhance the skills and competencies of engineering, product, data, and cloud teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of team members to measure skill development over time.
  • Assess the effectiveness of learning programs and their impact on individual performance and broader company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with team leads and stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives align with the organization’s technical priorities and goals.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience designing competency-driven learning programs for technology teams.
  • A strong understanding of tech tools, trends, and the unique learning needs of technology professionals.
  • The ability to identify knowledge gaps and skill development needs through thoughtful analysis.
  • A proven track record of engaging tech professionals in continuous learning and upskilling programs.
  • Experience in delivering virtual learning programs and effectively engaging remote teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including experience with analytics tools and reporting within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
