Role Overview
This position involves leading global accounting operations and overseeing the group financial reporting process. The role requires managing the consolidation of financial statements at the holding company level and ensuring the successful execution of group audits.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure financial statements provide an accurate representation of the company’s performance across multiple entities and regions.
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, delivering timely and precise reports for the holding company.
- Coordinate the accounting and month-end closing processes across subsidiaries and the holding entity.
- Oversee global accounting functions, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with consolidated reporting requirements.
- Ensure adherence to IFRS standards and local statutory regulations, managing regulatory reporting across various jurisdictions.
- Develop and maintain global cost allocation frameworks, ensuring clarity and precision in shared expense reporting.
- Establish and monitor internal controls to mitigate risks and maintain financial integrity for multi-entity operations.
- Work closely with finance leadership to implement process improvements and establish accounting procedures for new markets and entities.
- Manage relationships with auditors and oversee external audits for both the holding company and group financial statements.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
- Over 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position within a multi-country, multi-entity setup.
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS, consolidations, and intercompany eliminations.
- Big 4 experience, particularly in audit or advisory, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in managing multi-currency consolidations.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
