About the Role

As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial analysis and delivering strategic insights for our global operations. Your contributions will directly support our finance strategy by enabling data-driven decisions. Key areas of focus include profitability analysis, unit economics, product performance, and overall group performance as we continue our rapid expansion across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models to evaluate group performance, entity-level performance, product outcomes, and unit economics.
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess profitability across the organization.
  • Provide insights to inform decisions about new products and market expansions.
  • Prepare consolidated financial presentations for leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze profitability across entities, product categories, and regions.
  • Create and consolidate group budgets and forecasts.
  • Support financial due diligence and ad hoc analyses as required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in FP&A, particularly within fintech or a high-growth environment.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with multi-currency reporting and analytics.
  • Proven ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • A demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
