Position Summary:

The Accounting Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting lessons that align with educational standards, with the goal of preparing students for academic excellence and real-world financial literacy. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Attendance and Punctuality:
    • Ensure daily punctuality to set an example for students.
  2. Lesson Planning and Preparation:
    • Create detailed lesson plans and notes to deliver structured and engaging lessons on accounting concepts (Weekly).
  3. Effective Classroom Instruction:
    • Deliver high-impact accounting lessons, ensuring students grasp both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject (Daily).
  4. Student Assignments:
    • Assign tasks regularly, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback through assignment grading (Weekly).
  5. Student Discipline:
    • Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning by enforcing rules and fostering respect among students (Daily).
  6. Documentation of Weekly Activities:
    • Complete and submit weekly diaries detailing lesson activities and progress (Weekly).
  7. Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Administer tests, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students’ understanding and organize remedial or extra lessons when necessary (Periodic).

Performance Metrics:

  1. Instructional Material Usage:
    • Utilize teaching aids and resources for every lesson to improve engagement (20%).
  2. Attendance:
    • Ensure punctual daily attendance at school (30%).
  3. Notebook Inspections:
    • Conduct weekly inspections and grading of students’ notebooks to ensure completeness and comprehension (10%).
  4. Periodic Evaluations:
    • Conduct regular assessments through assignments, tests, and exams while providing additional lessons when needed (20%).
