Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute structured onboarding programs aligned with company culture and strategic objectives.
- Organize and manage onboarding sessions for newly hired employees.
- Enhance the onboarding journey through regular review and incorporation of feedback and industry standards.
- Support organizational change by aligning onboarding strategies with new business directions.
- Foster a positive employer image by ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
- Prepare onboarding materials, including welcome packages and guides.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Admin teams to ensure all necessary tools and access are ready for new staff.
- Lead engagement initiatives aimed at improving early retention and reducing staff turnover.
- Maintain onboarding progress checklists and tracking systems.
- Guide new team members through company policies and help them integrate seamlessly.
- Address any onboarding-related inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Gather feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date employee documentation in both digital and physical formats.
- Manage document storage and archiving in line with internal policies.
- Ensure onboarding and documentation procedures meet legal and regulatory standards.
- Implement standardized documentation practices to ensure consistency and reduce risks.
- Safeguard employee data by following strict confidentiality and security protocols.
- Provide required documentation for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate onboarding tasks across departments to ensure employees are fully prepared for their roles.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience.
