Description:
- Aid in establishing Data Science & Analytics as a core enterprise function, adhering to established frameworks, analytics strategies, and project guidelines.
- Develop, deploy, and refine statistical and mathematical models aimed at addressing crucial financial services and operational challenges.
- Utilize machine learning and AI methodologies to tackle financial services and operational issues, delivering unique value propositions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to capture requirements, insights, and perspectives.
- Assist in shaping and managing enterprise analytics needs.
- Manage catalogs of analytics tools and serve as a subject matter expert on available visualization and analytical platforms.
- Conduct training and informational sessions for analytics stakeholders and business users to foster insight-driven transformation.
- Stay updated on developments in the visualization tools market and changes to existing enterprise tools.
- Provide periodic assessments of change impact on existing visualization tools.
- Develop analytics solutions using a range of available tools based on assigned priorities.
- Design data ingestion processes for diverse structured and unstructured data sources.
- Participate in relevant working group meetings and collaborate closely with other teams within the Chief Data Officer (CDO) office.
- Contribute expertise to various projects as needed.
- Ensure alignment of all analytics operations with enterprise analytics strategy and synchronize initiatives where possible.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Data Analytics Lead.
Requirements: Educational Background:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Advanced degrees are advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data scientist role.
