Interested applicants for the First Bank Graduate Trainee Programme must have the qualifications listed below to be considered eligible:
*Communications skills: Applicant must be skilled with the flawless use of the English Language in both written and verbal.
*Analytical skills: Applicant must be harmed with critical thinking, problem solving and logical reasoning ability.
*Strong Interpersonal Skills: Applicant must be “a people person” as he or she will have to navigate the workspace with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
*Results-oriented: Applicant must be someone that can work with minimal supervision and generate outstanding results independently.
*Troubleshooting Skills: Applicant must be good at problem-solving, highly innovative and equally a good team player.
Criteria for Eligibility for Nigerians.
Below are the criteria for eligibility for Nigeria-based interested applicants:
*Applicant must be of 27 years by 30th September, 2024 maximum.
*Applicant must possess a minimum of 5 credits including English and Mathematics in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE).
*Applicant must have a tertiary or university education qualification – A minimum of Second Class Honours-Lower Division or HND-Upper Credit in any discipline from a recognized institution.
*Applicant must have completed NYSC by the 30th of June, 2024.
