About the Program
The ExxonMobil Graduate Internship is designed to provide fresh graduates with an immersive experience in the dynamic work environment of a global energy company. Key Responsibilities
Interns selected for this program will take part in a wide range of professional activities, including:
- Supporting the operations and maintenance of ExxonMobil’s office buildings and staff residential facilities.
- Collaborating with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conducting site inspections and identifying infrastructure needs or operational issues.
- Managing action plans to implement corrective and preventive maintenance across various facilities.
- Participating in strategic facility management initiatives aimed at improving sustainability, safety, and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) in any of the following fields:
- Engineering (any branch)
- Computer Science
- Social Sciences
- Other related technical or administrative disciplines
Service Completion:
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program within the last two (2) years at the time of application.
Additional Skills & Advantageous Certifications:
- Basic knowledge or interest in Facilities Management is preferred.
- A recognized certification in Facilities Management will serve as a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision.
