Job Summary:
The Senior SuccessFactors Consultant (SAP SF Certified) will play a key role in leading and supporting various SAP SuccessFactors projects. This role will involve managing multiple SAP initiatives from start to finish, gathering business requirements, defining project scope, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. The candidate will also provide end-user training and create essential documentation alongside the SAP Core team and superusers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis:
- Collect and assess customer needs for business processes and parameters.
- Assist with mapping master and transactional data.
- Identify reporting needs and develop customized or standard SAP reports.
- Create and manage user roles and permissions.
- Project Delivery:
- Ensure adherence to process standards.
- Review and approve project deliverables.
SuccessFactors Modules Experience Required:
- Performance and Goals Management (PMGM):
- Expertise in PMGM, calibration, and reporting.
- Design and configure forms and templates.
- Experience with 360-degree reviews and EC-PMGM integration.
- Proficient in XML configuration.
- Learning Management System (LMS):
- Reporting, system integration, and configuration.
- Customize system settings and manage administration.
- Manage both internal and external integrations.
- Oversee roles, permissions, and data migration.
- Data Migration and Validation:
- Execute data migration for employee and foundational objects across SuccessFactors modules.
- Monitor system data replication and troubleshoot errors.
