About the Role

As a Customer Success Representative, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong customer relationships to boost retention and reduce churn. You will be the first point of contact for customers, advocating on their behalf and working with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. You will also analyze customer feedback and logs to suggest improvements for enhancing their experience.

Location: Zamfara State (Hybrid Contract)


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Establish long-term, trusting relationships with customer accounts through transparent and open communication.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information using the appropriate tools and methods.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets and meet call handling goals.
  • Address customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to ensure a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone communication skills and excellent listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices.
  • A customer-first attitude, with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Residency in Zamfara State, Nigeria.

  • Accurate and timely logging of support requests.
  • Efficient issue resolution and response time.
