About the Role
As a Customer Success Representative, your primary responsibility is to build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Additionally, you’ll identify ways to enhance the customer experience through analysis and feedback.
Location: Yobe State (Hybrid Contract)
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Identify and address customer needs to deliver a positive experience.
- Build trust and maintain open communication with customer accounts.
- Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools.
- Meet individual and team sales targets and call-handling goals.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts.
- Adhere to communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Go the extra mile to engage and support customers effectively.
What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Residency in Yobe State, Nigeria.
Key Performance Indicators
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Customer satisfaction levels.
- Accurate and timely logging of support requests.
- Speed and efficiency in resolving customer issues.
