About the Role

The Customer Success Representative is responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. By acting as the primary contact for customers, this role ensures quick resolution of issues and works with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. The ultimate goal is to maximize customer lifetime value while minimizing churn.

Location: Taraba State (Hybrid Contract)


Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Representative, your tasks will include:

  • Identifying and addressing customer needs to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Building trust and maintaining open communication with customer accounts.
  • Providing accurate, comprehensive information using the appropriate tools and methods.
  • Meeting personal and team sales targets as well as call-handling benchmarks.
  • Resolving customer complaints promptly and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and managing documents.
  • Adhering to communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Going above and beyond to engage and support customers.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and practices.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Residency in Taraba State, Nigeria.

Performance Metrics

Your success in this role will be measured by:

  • Customer satisfaction scores.
  • Accurate logging of all support requests (no missed requests).
  • Timely resolution of customer issues.
