About the Position
As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, advocate for their needs within the organization, and collaborate with various teams to resolve issues quickly. Additionally, you’ll analyze customer feedback to continually improve the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Foster trust and long-term relationships through effective communication.
- Provide accurate and detailed information using appropriate tools and channels.
- Meet individual and team sales targets and call handling objectives.
- Resolve customer complaints by offering timely solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities.
- Follow established communication guidelines and organizational policies.
- Go above and beyond to engage and assist customers.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
- Strong communication and active listening skills, especially over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service practices.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Must be a resident of Kebbi State, Nigeria.
