The Mentoring Women in Business program pairs women entrepreneurs from low and middle-income countries with experienced mentors from around the globe. Over the course of a year, participants are matched with a mentor who will guide them in reaching their business objectives and enhancing their financial stability and security.
Mentees can expect to be mentored by a knowledgeable and supportive professional from any industry, including high-level executives or successful fellow entrepreneurs. This mentorship will help improve business skills, enhance performance, boost confidence, and elevate business growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
To participate, mentees must be:
A woman from a low or middle-income country.
Either running their own business (with at least 51% ownership or decision-making power) or planning to launch one within the next three months.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at an intermediate level or higher.
Committed to the program for 12 months.
Able to access the internet and attend online mentoring sessions for at least two hours monthly.
Willing to complete feedback forms by the specified deadlines.
Open to working with a mentor to enhance business and personal development skills.
Recommended by a local referral partner, if applicable.

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate signed by Cherie Blair CBE KC and gain access to valuable resources, including an online community.
Mentee Responsibilities:
Engage in a minimum of two hours of online meetings with your mentor per month for one year.
Take initiative in managing and directing the mentoring relationship.
Participate in 1.5 hours of pre-matching training.
Complete both interim and final program surveys.
Establish and submit goals to work on with your mentor.
Follow the program’s Code of Conduct.
