Tips to Strengthen Your Application

  • Tell a localized story: Show how your product or solution addresses specific food or agriculture challenges in your region (e.g., supply chain inefficiencies, food waste, cold storage issues).
  • Provide solid numbers: Include clear data on margins, unit economics, customer acquisition cost, retention rates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Showcase your team: Highlight your team’s industry experience, technical expertise, and track record of execution.
  • Be transparent about equity and funds: Clearly explain how you will use the USD 20,000 investment and why the equity exchange is justified.
  • Use strong visuals: Prepare a concise pitch deck (10–15 slides) with charts, timelines, and product snapshots to illustrate your business clearly.
  • Prepare for investor questions: Be ready to address potential risks such as regulations, operational bottlenecks, or scaling challenges.
  • Seek feedback: Ask peers, mentors, or former accelerator participants to review your application before submitting.
  • Mind technical limits: Optimize file sizes for uploads, and link to large files (Dropbox/Google Drive) if allowed.
