NAHCON Guidelines, Terms, and Conditions for NMT Application:

The 2024 National Medical Team Operation is based on volunteerism.
Your information determines eligibility for the next screening/examination level.
Information is subject to verification; any misstatement may lead to rejection.
Application is free; no fees are required at any point.
Filling the form does not guarantee eligibility.
Age requirements: Doctors/pharmacists (28-60 years), nurses/others (22-60 years).
Applicants must be in active service, not served in the last 3 Hajj, and ready for up to 45 days in Saudi Arabia.
Successful applicants serve for 28 days without disengagement.
Adherence to professional code of ethics and NAHCON regulations is mandatory.
Application requires a guarantor attestation and attachment of specific documents.

NYSC certificate (if applicable)
Current annual professional practicing license

Applicants’ declaration
Employer’s clearance letter

All personnel serve on a voluntary basis.
Reasons for Disqualification:

Not applying via the online portal
Providing false information
Age outside required range
Irrelevant medical specialty
Previous disciplinary action
Incomplete application
Pregnancy at physical screening
Not currently practicing in applied specialty
Hajj participation in the last 3 years (excluding essential NMT staff)
Other conflicting engagements during the Hajj timing
Lack of NYSC certificate or evidence of exemption
Lack of a valid practicing license
