Position: Internal Control Manager

Moneytrust Microfinance Bank Limited, a leading microfinance bank in Nigeria committed to customer-focused solutions, is seeking an Internal Control Manager for its Lekki branch.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive internal control framework, ensuring legal compliance, safeguarding the bank’s assets, maintaining accurate financial records, and enhancing operational efficiency. The role involves monitoring and assessing internal controls, offering improvement recommendations, and necessitates a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications include certification in internal control (e.g., CIA, CISA), experience in the microfinance industry, and expertise in internal control principles and risk management strategies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with knowledge of banking operations, laws, and regulations.
