The FCMB Flexxtern program is an internship opportunity designed to provide young Nigerian graduates with paid work experience across various fields and industries.
This initiative is proudly brought to you by First City Monument Bank (FCMB), a leading financial institution, in partnership with esteemed Nigerian organizations. The primary objectives of this program are two-fold: to empower young individuals by facilitating internship placements and granting access to a mentor network through partner organizations, and to bolster the aspirations and livelihoods of these young talents.
Prizes:
- 30 winners will secure a three-month paid internship.
- Additionally, 30 fortunate participants will gain access to a free one-day career training session, complete with Certificates of Participation.
Eligibility:
- Applicants should be graduates aged between 18 and 30 years.
- Candidates must hold Nigerian citizenship.
- It’s important to note that participation in this contest is exclusively available to FCMB Flexx account holders. If you don’t already have one, opening a Flexx account takes just four minutes.

- Create a 45-second video and upload it to YouTube, ensuring you include the hashtag #FCMBFlexxtern. In this video, convey why you believe you are the ideal candidate to become an FCMB Flexxtern.
