The Digital Impact Alliance Fellowship Program offers mid-career professionals and researchers a unique opportunity to investigate key questions related to digital public infrastructure (DPI) and data governance.
Fellows are encouraged to bring their expertise and research focus to the program while also contributing to the broader goals of the Digital Impact Alliance, which include enhancing the design, implementation, and governance of digital systems, services, and innovations in data sharing. The program supports work that aligns with its central themes:
- Maximizing the value of data for a wider audience.
- Understanding the social impact of digital systems and services, especially on marginalized communities.
- Promoting data sharing and governance practices that drive innovation and empower individuals.
Eligibility Requirements:
The program is seeking professionals who bring specialized knowledge and a fresh perspective at the crossroads of digital technology and development. Ideal candidates will have:
- 8-15 years of experience in digital development, policy, or research.
- A demonstrated interest and relevant experience in the intersection of technology and society, particularly in areas like digital public infrastructure and data governance.
- A history of producing high-quality research, writing, or policy work.
- Experience working in or with countries from the global majority.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
