This global program provides access to up to $100,000 in grant funding, extensive leadership development training, mentorship, and an unparalleled network of support, media exposure, and lifelong community engagement.
Established in 2006 by Cartier, this prestigious annual initiative supports women-owned and women-led businesses that are creating lasting, positive change through social or environmental impact. Entrepreneurs from all industries and countries are welcome, provided their ventures contribute meaningfully to building a better, more sustainable world.

Successful applicants are recognized as fellows and awarded substantial grant funding and international visibility to accelerate their business ventures that drive positive change.

The fellowship focuses on strengthening human capital. It includes a rigorous and enriching educational curriculum designed around peer learning, industry expertise, and academic guidance—equipping fellows with the tools to scale their businesses and refine their leadership.

Fellows become part of a dynamic and supportive network of over 500 women entrepreneurs and allies worldwide. This community continues to grow and support each other long after the program ends.
