To qualify for the 2024 Access Bank Entry Level Recruitment Programme, candidates must possess the following:
*A minimum of B.Sc. degree in any discipline.
*Interested candidates must be below or exactly 26 years as at the date of application.
*Candidates that possess MSc, LLB must not be older than 28 years as at the date of application.
*Candidates must be a graduate of a reputable university with a minimum of second class lower (2:2).
*Candidates must have completed NYSC programme.
Divisions: Retail sales, Products and Retail Operations.
Procedures for Recruitment.
The following are the recruitment processes
*First step: Only candidates that meet the bank’s stipulated requirements will be invited for a written test.
*Second Step: There will be an open day at Access head office for all successful candidates. This is an event of interactive activities where you’ll be given further insight into what we do at Access Bank.
*Third Step: Candidates will be subjected to a psychometric test, an essay writing exercise, and panel interview.
*Fourth Step: Successful candidates will be invited to a final interview with the Head of Human resources.
*Fifth Step: successful candidates will receive a training school offer letters.
