Mission: The Analyst – Proposition and Customer Insights will play a pivotal role in driving the achievement of business objectives within the consumer market segment by implementing, monitoring, and reporting on customer connection, usage, and retention initiatives. This position is essential for providing actionable insights that support the development of targeted marketing strategies and contribute to the overall success of the company’s brand. The role requires collaboration across various departments, including marketing, finance, product development, and communication, to ensure alignment with business goals and to maximize customer satisfaction and engagement.

Description:

  • Marketing Planning and Product Development:
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to contribute to the creation of a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the business strategy. This includes developing strategies for product development, product launches, and quality adoption within the High Value segment.
    • Support the execution of quarterly marketing plans that focus on driving customer growth, revenue, and ARPU stimulation. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Assist the Manager of the HV Segment in the development and execution of strategic initiatives. This may involve conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success.
  • Project Monitoring and Execution:
    • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule, addressing any challenges that may arise. This includes maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate end-to-end management of brand promotions, product launches, and re-launches, ensuring that all aspects of these initiatives are executed seamlessly. This includes liaising with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to deliver a unified customer experience.
  • Brand and Media Management:
    • Develop a strategic work implementation plan that aligns with the overall business strategy for the segment. This involves managing relationships with key media agencies to execute effective advertising campaigns, media placements, and other promotional activities that strengthen the brand’s presence in the market.
    • Monitor and manage brand strength by implementing strategies to increase market penetration, drive growth, and enhance profitability through targeted marketing efforts.
    • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure sufficient funds are allocated for marketing projects and manage financial oversight to stay within budget constraints.
    • Foster strong working relationships with the Brand and Communication team to define and communicate effective channels for promoting initiatives aimed at creating brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work hand-in-hand with the Product team to provide timely updates on the development or revamp of marketing initiatives and acquisition frameworks for the High Value Segment. This includes providing input on product specifications, user feedback, and market readiness.
    • Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to ensure clear, consistent communication and alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Insights team to analyze customer behavior data, identify trends, and translate these insights into actionable marketing strategies. This involves using customer feedback, survey data, and market research to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • A first degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications. A master’s degree or professional certification in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be an added advantage.
    • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in segment management, with a proven track record of success in managing customer segments, analyzing customer data, and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
    • A thorough understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and trends in the telecommunications industry, with the ability to use this knowledge to develop targeted marketing strategies.
    • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans, creating advertising materials, and monitoring the lifecycle of products from concept to end-of-life.
    • Previous experience in the Telecommunications Industry or tech sector is preferred. This includes a solid understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced market environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with product development, finance, and communication teams to drive results.
