Job Overview
We are hiring an Operational Finance Manager to provide strategic business support to Regional Functional Leadership, assisting with financial interpretation, identifying business opportunities, and addressing challenges to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate across functions, acting as a business partner to the Commercial and Production teams for ongoing and ad-hoc analysis and decisions.
Track key performance metrics like Gross Sales Revenue, Discounts, Taxes, Net Sales Revenue (NSR), and Variable Margin (VM) and work with Regional Leadership to enhance profitable sales.
Lead analysis of SKU profitability by brand/pack to guide decisions on volume, pricing, and promotions with the Commercial Leadership.
Provide analytical insights on GSR, trade offers, volume mix, and channel profitability.
Conduct detailed assessments, including plant and category analysis, line-wise MOH evaluations, cost of manufacturing (yields, waste, variances), and freight costs for delivery and distribution.
Monitor and report on business KPIs such as yield, power and fuel usage, R&M, freight, delivery costs, and consumables.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5-6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG/beverage sectors.
Professional certifications in Accounting/Finance such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, with skills in management accounting, business planning, and analysis.
Advanced data analytics capabilities for financial and operational data.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
Creative problem-solving skills for addressing complex issues.
