The Role
As a Customer Success Representative, your primary responsibility is to nurture relationships that enhance customer loyalty and retention. You’ll act as the first point of contact for customers, advocating for them internally and working with various teams to resolve issues promptly. Additionally, you’ll analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for improving their experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Understand and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through open, interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information using the appropriate tools and methods.
  • Meet customer service and sales targets while managing call handling quotas.
  • Address customer complaints and offer timely, effective solutions, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize documentation.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, policies, and guidelines.
  • Go above and beyond to engage and assist customers.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, especially in phone interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Residency in Bauchi State is required.

  • Timely logging of all customer requests.
  • Quick resolution of customer issues.
